Privacy Policy
This page sets out what personal data Crystallume Graphics Store collects, why we keep it, how long we hold it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete what we store.
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Crystallume Graphics Store handles personal data collected through crystallume.world and through in-store and remote order correspondence about graphics cards, stock checks, and case-clearance questions.
The operator is Crystallume Graphics Store, 45, Cheongpa-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, 04376, Republic of Korea. Questions and data requests can be sent to +82-2-701-4492 during store hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Written requests can be addressed to the Yongsan-gu address above. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
What we hold
Data we collect
We collect the information you provide when you contact us about a graphics card order, a stock check, or a case-clearance question. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, delivery address in Korea, and the product details you ask about.
If you visit our Yongsan location, we may record order notes for warranty and service purposes — for example, the model you bought, the date it left the bench, and any service history attached to that purchase. Those notes exist so we can trace a card back to you if a warranty claim arrives months later.

We do not collect card details, because we do not process online card payments.
Why we process it
Your data has a short, practical list of jobs on our side. Nothing is used for anything outside an order, a warranty, or a question you asked us.
Answering enquiries
We reply to stock questions, price checks, and case-clearance queries using the contact details you sent. If the question closes without an order, the message is kept only as long as needed to handle it.
Confirming and shipping orders
We confirm orders, arrange bank transfer, cash on delivery, or pickup payment, and hand cards to a delivery service. Delivery partners receive the name, address, and contact number needed for that drop.
Warranty and records
Service requests need the original purchase attached to a name and date. We also keep basic accounting records as required for a retail business in the Republic of Korea.
Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses cookies for basic functionality and for measuring how pages are used. This helps us see which model guides and comparison pages visitors actually read, so we can keep the useful ones up to date.
Details, including categories and how to control them, are set out in our Cookie Policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site functions may work less smoothly if you do.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share the minimum necessary information with delivery partners, payment handling for bank transfer confirmation, and service providers who help us run the site. In practice, that means a courier learns where to bring a card, and a payment record confirms a transfer — nothing more.

We do not
- Sell your personal data
- Process online card payments on this site
- Pass your details beyond what an order requires
We may disclose data where Korean law requires it, including in response to a lawful request from a competent authority. In that case, we disclose only what the request covers.
Retention
Order and warranty records are kept for the period required for retail accounting and warranty administration in Korea, then deleted or anonymised. Enquiry messages that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as needed to handle the question.
You may ask us to delete data that we are not legally required to retain. Where a record has to stay for accounting, we tell you which part that covers and delete everything else we can.
Security
We restrict access to order data to staff who need it to process an order, a delivery, or a warranty claim. Communications with us may pass through third-party messaging or email providers, whose own terms apply.
We do not store card details, because we do not process online card payments. If you have a concern about how an order record is handled, call or message us and we will explain what we hold.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccurate details, or request deletion where no legal retention duty applies. Send the request to +82-2-701-4492 or in writing to our Yongsan-gu address.
We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify your identity first — that step protects your order record from being handed to someone else. If we cannot do what you asked, we explain why in plain terms, in writing.
Children: the site and our product range are intended for adults purchasing computer hardware. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
If a change materially affects how order records are kept, we will say so on this page rather than in a separate notice. Questions about the current version can go to +82-2-701-4492.
Questions about your data
Most privacy questions we get are about what happened to a specific order record, or whether a warranty note still exists. Both can be answered from the order details you give us.
How do I ask for a copy of my data?
Call +82-2-701-4492 during store hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, or send a written request to 45, Cheongpa-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, 04376. Tell us the name, phone number, or email your order used, and roughly when it was placed. We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing the record.
Can I use the site without cookies?
Yes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Basic browsing and reading model guides will still work; some measurement-based views may behave differently. The categories and the controls are described in our Cookie Policy.
Do you keep card details from a purchase?
No. We do not process online card payments and do not store card details. Payment happens by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or pickup at the Yongsan store, and we only keep the transfer or receipt record needed for accounting.
How long does a warranty record stay on file?
Order and warranty records are kept for the period required for retail accounting and warranty administration in Korea, then deleted or anonymised. If you want an early deletion of anything we are not legally required to hold, ask us and we will tell you what can go.

Where to reach the operator
Data requests, warranty notes, and order questions all go to the same place: the Yongsan bench where the order was packed. Given the store's focus on discrete graphics cards, most requests come down to a model, a date, and a name.
