Questions

Call +82-2-701-4492, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, and we will point you to the clause you need.

1. Use of the site

You may browse the site and contact us about graphics cards for personal or business purchasing. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without written permission.

That covers ordinary things: reading model pages, asking about stock, comparing prices you were quoted, and sending us a message about a build. It does not cover scraping the catalogue, resubmitting our descriptions elsewhere, or running automated requests that slow the site down for other visitors. If you would like to quote our text or photography somewhere, ask first and we will tell you plainly whether it is possible.

2. Product information

We describe graphics card models, VRAM configuration, connector layout, and cooler family based on information available from manufacturers and Korean retail listings. Specifications can change between production batches. Where a detail matters to fit or power, confirm it with us before ordering.

The details worth double-checking are the ones that decide whether a card fits at all: board length against your case clearance, the number and type of power connectors, the recommended power supply wattage, slot thickness, and whether the cooler is a two-slot or triple-slot design. Memory capacity and bus width matter for what you intend to run. Because a manufacturer can revise a cooler or a connector between batches, the fastest way to be certain is to tell us the model you are considering and the case you are building in, and let us confirm the current revision before you pay.

3. Prices and availability

Prices shown or quoted reflect Korean market conditions at the time of the quote and can change with supply, distributor pricing, and memory costs. A listing or quote is not a binding offer until we confirm your order. Availability of specific AIB models can change quickly.

This is why a figure you saw last week may not hold today. Graphics card pricing in Korea moves with distributor allocations and memory pricing, and a board that is plentiful one month can be scarce the next. Treat every number on the site as an indication for planning, not as a locked offer. When you ask about a model, we will give you a current price and tell you how stable that price has been recently, so you can decide whether to order now or watch it for a while.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is handled by bank transfer against an invoice, cash on delivery, or card payment in person at pickup. We do not process online card payments. An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it by phone or message using the details you provide.

A request sent through the site is a request, not a completed purchase. We read it, check the model and current price, and come back to you with the payment options above. Only when you have that acknowledgement in hand is the order standing. Keep the confirmation and the invoice together — they are the documents we ask for if a warranty matter comes up later.

5. Delivery and pickup

Delivery within Korea is arranged through a third-party carrier. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and on your location. Pickup at our Yongsan-gu location is available by arrangement. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or pickup.

If you collect in person, bring the confirmation we sent you and check the box in front of us before you leave. If you choose carrier delivery, inspect the parcel when it arrives; if the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us the same day so we can work through the options with you.

6. Returns and warranty

Returns and warranty service follow Korean consumer law and the manufacturer's warranty terms for the specific card. Keep your order record, because warranty claims require proof of purchase. Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered.

In practice: if a card develops a fault, contact us with the model, the order record, and a short description of what happens and when. We will tell you whether the case goes to the manufacturer's service channel or comes back through us, and what the expected turnaround looks like. Damage from a drop, liquid, an incorrect power connection, or a modification is outside warranty and will be assessed before any repair is agreed. Your statutory rights under Korean consumer law sit above anything written here.

7. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered and confirmed. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost work time, software costs, or compatibility problems arising from a build we did not assemble. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Korean law.

So the boundary is clear: the card we sell and confirm is ours to get right, including its condition on delivery and its manufacturer warranty path. What happens in a system you assembled yourself — a power supply that cannot carry the load, a case with insufficient airflow, a driver conflict, a card installed in a board that does not support it — is outside the sale. If you would like us to check a build before you commit to a board, send us the parts you plan to use and we will flag anything that looks mismatched.

8. Intellectual property

Site text, product descriptions, and images are owned by Crystallume Graphics Store or used with permission from their owners. Manufacturer names and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Product names are used to identify the goods we describe and sell, nothing more. Nothing on the site implies a partnership with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any manufacturer beyond that identification.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on the site applies to your use from the date it takes effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

When something material changes — how orders are confirmed, how returns are handled, or how pricing is presented — we will say so at the top of this page rather than quietly editing a paragraph. If an order of yours was confirmed under an earlier version, that version continues to apply to that order.

Still unsure which clause covers your situation? Call +82-2-701-4492 during 09:00–18:00, or write to [email protected] and we will answer plainly.

Warranty and returns are decided by the manufacturer's terms for the exact card you buy, plus your rights under Korean consumer law. That is why clause 6 keeps coming back to one thing: keep the order record.

The version in force today is the one you are reading.

What the clauses mean in practice

Four situations come up most often at the counter. Here is how each one is handled.

Confirming a fit before you order
Clause 2

Send us the case and power supply you are building with. We check clearance, connectors and recommended wattage against the model you are considering, then confirm the current revision.

A quote that has moved
Clause 3

If a price changes between your enquiry and your order, we tell you before anything is confirmed. You are never bound to a figure you have not accepted.

Paying for an order
Clause 4

Bank transfer against an invoice, cash on delivery, or card payment in person at pickup in Yongsan-gu. No online card payment is processed on this site.

A card that develops a fault
Clause 6

Bring the order record and a description of the fault. We route the case to the manufacturer's service channel or handle it through us, and we tell you which before you leave the card with us.
